Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front. Older reviews are of the same location, but we used to rent out the total boat! Now the space fits 2 guests, not more.

In het oude karakteristieke Broek in Waterland nabij de kerk, in een nieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Met eigen toegang (zelf in-check) een split-level met slaapgedeelte en tuin. Op de begane grond (24 m2) is een woonkamer met bank, keukentje met koelkast, twee kookplaten, eethoek en aparte badkamer. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met een 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte en een kledingrek. Goede Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur (10,- per fiets per dag)

De hooiberg bij Aan de Bovenlanden is een compleet ingerichte woning, waar privacy gegarandeerd is. Of je nu op zoek bent naar rust, wilt gaan wandelen of fietsen, met de kinderen de diverse hobbyboerderij dieren verkennen, vissen of golfen, onze luxe hooiberg biedt het. The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
