Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). "Côté Lacs" welcomes you near the Cascades du Hérisson, in a warm and cozy wooden house, in the heart of the lakes region renamed "Little Scotland" to recharge your batteries with family or friends. In the middle of a natural site of 7 mid-mountain lakes, we put this larch and tree framework to discover this little piece of paradise. We marinated and renovated wooden furniture from the family attic to make this interior warm.

Live a unique experience connected to nature in a small unusual chalet of 40m2 very well equipped placed in a quiet condominium where your children can play safely. Ideally located in the Rousses resort, on the Jouvencelles alpine ski runs. Many hikes and tobogganing on site. Lake bathing 10 min away. Private bike and ski room, free snowshoes. Easy access by car, free parking cleared of snow. Linen not provided. Cleaning €25.

Your cocoon for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of my house. The entrance is well separated, you are totally independent. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
