Marco Island and other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. This 2-bedroom, fully furnished condo has 1 king bed and 2 full beds for your comfortable sleep. Enjoy free WIFI internet, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer in the apartment. Free parking space. Guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and picnic area.

Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

Heated Pool Always set to 89 degrees! Beautiful backyard scenery surrounded by a nature preserve. New white kitchen with quartz counters & stainless appliances. Open floorplan, light & bright, views of lanai and pool area. Primary bedroom with king bed & private bath. Guest room with king bed & updated hall bath. In-unit laundry with new LG washer and dryer. Elevator building, 2nd floor right next to the elevator. The highest standards of cleanliness in the industry! King Bed!
