Architect designed cabin in Sjodalen Fjellgrend at the entrance to Jotunheimen national park. The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the edge of the courtyard in the courtyard is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly and has great views. It has 5 bedrooms and its own common room. With nature reserves and national parks all around us, it is a good starting point to spend your holiday here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a seter valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and wildlife. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycle route.

Moderne leilighet ca 2 km fra Lom sentrum. Den ligger idyllisk til på en gård med fint uteområde. Det er mange turmuligheter i nærområdet. Alt fra turer rett ut fra boplassen og lengre turer som Galdhøpiggen og Besseggen, Jotunheimen, Reinheimen og Breheimen nasjonalpark med mange fjell. For de med ski er det tilgang til skibod med “skiwise” for å stelle skiene. Det er hage og plen rundt huset og det er greit å gå ned til Lom sentrum. Vi er en barnefamilie med aktivt barn. Noe lyd må påberegnes.

Hytten er smakfullt og komfortabelt innredet. Soverommene har plassbygde møbler, det er to bad og en badstue. Utenfor er det sittegruppe med bålpanne.

Own Mountain Pub is also available on site. Our SagaFjøl is very popular, a taste of the mountain consisting of cheese and sausage. No dog is allowed in these cottages. Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
