We offer a nice and quiet place in nature with attractive opportunities for the summer and winter seasons. The cottage is located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, on the edge of Boubín, the largest primeval forest in the Czech Republic. The location is perfect for planning walking and cycling trips to the area. In summer, beautiful Šumava nature offers the possibility of mushroom picking and swimming in the waters of the Warm Vltava River. In winter, it is close to groomed cross-country skiing trails and ski areas. We look forward to welcoming you to our family accommodation.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place in the picturesque village of Dobrá in the Šumava National Park. The gazebo is located 70 m from the guesthouse, where a shared bathroom with shower and toilet is available. On some dates, we offer breakfast and dinner. Must be arranged in advance. Outdoor seating is available. Cycling routes and hiking trails through the Šumava National Park lead directly from the gazebo, and there is a train that can take you to more distant beautiful places in Šumava. There is also a stylish pub U Němečků in the village.

Simulate

A place for meditation, a place where you can only hear the forest, the sound of birds, breathe fresh air, when it's beautiful you swing in a hammock between the trees, when it rains you can relax inside. You can book at least 2 consecutive nights. There is no shower in the Observatory, just a kettle and a basin with clean water to rinse, or you can use the pond by the sauna:-) Therefore, consider the length of your stay. You will walk 200 m through the forest to the Observatory, so a wheeled suitcase is not a good idea for luggage:-)

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach. Chajda is suitable for 1-2 families or for 6 friends, who will be throughout the stay under the supervision of the elf Radoslav, who stands right at the front door. The hotel in the immediate vicinity also offers our guests a sauna, massages, all-day meals and bicycle rental.

Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.
