Abbiamo scelto di NON avere una piscina per preservare questo luogo incantevole evitando un inutile spreco d’acqua, la “vostra” piscina è sotto casa, le fa da cornice un’immensa spiaggia di sabbia dorata, di facile accesso e mai affollata perché si estende per oltre 10 km!

It is located in an 190m2 plot with a 60m2 living space, it is totally private and it is surrounded by a wall. House is covered with lawn and has comfortable outdoor wooden furniture. In the outdoor area there are also BBQ facilities.
