I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

This place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Small but discreet including private bathroom/kitchen. Fresh core renovated with soundproofing doors. The haven of peace in the middle of the city. Gastronomies right in front of your door. Free motorbike & bike parking in front of the door. Taxi service/Hol and bring service to the train station by arrangement. Check in time, please let us know in advance. Plenty of towels provided.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Nearby outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medical and museum of concrete art). Audi AG plant not far. The guest is welcomed and guided, help at any time possible from neighboring rooms.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem familienfreundlichen Mehrfamilienhaus und ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet! Es besteht die Möglichkeit weitere Gäste im Wohnzimmer unterzubringen! Auf Wunsch stellen wir auch ein Babybett und Hochstuhl auf! Ebenso sind Spiele und Spielsachen für jede Altersgruppe vorhanden und werden gerne zur Verfügung gestellt! 😊 Eine Waschmaschine steht auf Anfrage zur Verfügung! Bitte vor Anreise Bescheid geben.
