Nice place to stay very clean private parking i had great stays very comfortable location very close to central park

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, were able to switch off from the stressful everyday life in the middle of nature and yet in the middle of the life of the locals. This is the best way to learn culture. It is only a few minutes to the beach, and for our breakfast place (BlackPlaya) as well, is unfortunately not yet noted on Google maps but it is worth it. In the morning you are woken up by sunrise and birds chirping, as it can also be that a cow or horses are suddenly there:) For us, it was a great change to enjoy peace and quiet. Thank you:) We highly recommend it.

Lovely stay in a quiet little fishing village, exactly what I was looking for and exactly as described. A lovely, clean place where I could be away from the crowds and relax. If you want to meet others, there are a couple other surf lodges nearby; otherwise, you can enjoy this little piece of paradise to yourself. The owner is super knowledgeable about places to go nearby/recommendations and was very helpful, also assisted in setting up transport to and from the airport. Little shop next door that had all the necessities to cook meals. The kitchen had all the necessary things for cooking. The views were just unreal and different every night. Could lay in bed and watch the waves which was amazing! Will be back! <3

it's a beautiful oasis of nature and peace. The apartment is spacious, clean, private but with lots of natural light, the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, the A/C worked perfectly but to be honest with such amazing weather you barely need it, the location climate is amazing. The host was friendly, gracious and welcoming, however she gave us our space while making herself available to us if needed, bottom line we felt right at home. My partner and I spent a great night there and we feel it is the perfect place for a getaway, next time we'll spend more time.

Place is located in a central and safe area in Managua, very close to the ticabus station as advertised. During our stay, Ernesto was very communicative and greatly helped us during our stay. I would definitely stay with them again!

I did like the location, the area is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and other business. The air conditioner was working good. The only problem for me was to open the first room door every day. Beside that I did liked and recommend the property to others.

The house was equipped with everything you might need. Nearby, less than a 5 minute walk away there was a super small market. The host was always very attentive, answered quickly and was very kind from start to finish

Fernando is a wonderful Host. was there for us at all moment. the view is way better than the picture. the spot felt super safe, same for the Local every body is super kind even on the surf break. theres some Nice beach bar at 2min of walk. the kitchen of Fernando house is awesome for People Who love cooking. plenty of place for 10 Peoples you will not be squeaze . bathroom in every room and one more for other. well it's well worth the 5 stars.

What a great stay. Direct beach access. There is a nice covered patio to enjoy the breeze. Luis, the caretaker, was very helpful during our stay.

Great house, it looks like new. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and amazing ocean view. We had a good time as a family.
