Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Short distance to the city centre, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or in the city centre. Peaceful and nice area. Little traffic. Public parking in the street in marked spaces, for a fee from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, until 3:00 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
