La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Cottage located in the Bourgueillois vineyard. The cottage includes an air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, living room with sofa and adult bunk beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet. TVs in bedroom and living room, wiffi. Outdoor terrace, private pool, covered and heated from 04/04 to 03/11, open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., see more on request. Ideal location for discovering the castles of the Loire. Things to know! young Malinese dog, very affectionate, present on the property.

Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The Loft in Anjou

You will be charmed by the architecture, the decoration of this 250 m2 loft and its hectare of walled park Large stove vast interior spaces, with a fully equipped kitchen, and another outside, a large courtyard and a BBQ 2 large Canadian canoes, 10 bicycles, 1 small tennis court, pétanque court, 1 table tennis table (rackets and balls provided) 1 unheated pool due to world events, deckchairs and hammocks 2h30 from Paris, 3 min from the A11, up to 15 people

Roulotte au coeur de l'Anjou

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

L'Isle Mézangeon with pool in the countryside

Isle-Loire is 15 minutes from the Loire and its "Loire by bike" circuit. L'Isle Mézangeon occupies part of the western half of a large farmhouse, typical of the Angevine region, dating from the 17th-18th century and fully restored. In the heart of a bucolic garden of 3 hectares, bordered by a stream, between meadows and orchard, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside (hammocks are available), a large shared pool and play areas for young and old.

La Barn des Marronniers

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (beginning of May and end of September to beginning of October).

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
