La 'cubane', entourée de jolis chênes en lisière, se trouve à 150m du corps de ferme/parking. Malgré sa petite taille elle est très lumineuse grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées. Raccordée à l'électricité, petite cuisinière à gaz, toilettes sèches, eau chaude à la douche extérieure, chauffage éléctrique, frigo, terrasse - et wifi rapide! Le bonheur de la vie simple ☀️

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. This apartment is suitable for two people offering everything you need for a relaxing stay here. it is not suitable for children or infants however my 4 other gites are suitable on site here. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September.

In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.
