This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

(20 minutes from the Total de Grandpuits site and 30 minutes from the Nogent sur Seine power station) Small useful shops in the nearby village.

Proche de toutes commodités et à moins de 10 minutes de la gare, tout est accessible à pieds ( citée médiévale et ses monuments historiques, commerces, restaurants ... ). Venez profiter d'un moment de détente dans un appartement au style soigné, calme au cœur de la ville pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 voyageurs. Appartement non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

It was still renovated by Maytop (Lépine contest), who secured it thanks to nuts of non-slip steps. However, I do not recommend it to children.

Nice place for nature and simplicity lovers. The cottage is located in our garden and to access it, you have to take the paved path. Composed of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa area and TV. Then, in the second, there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room right next door. (Non-smoking accommodation)
