Sensitive to local architecture, walk to the church of Vrétot and take the opportunity to tour this ancient village with beautiful views of the countryside. Come and enjoy the area in this small stone house located in the countryside, in Sottevast, Cotentin peninsula, almost equidistant from the 3 coasts: Cherbourg and La Hague, Barneville-Carteret and the landing beaches. 5 minutes' drive to all shops. Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a medieval city and its castle, it is a very quiet place. It offers proximity to the city 500 m away and its many shops. Ideal for visiting the Cotentin: La Hague, Carteret ( 15 minutes ), the landing beaches ( 30 minutes ), the city of the sea, the house of the biscuit, the Val de Saire, hiking trail. Professional side: close to Flamanville EPR, Orano, Naval Group, Dairy Masters.

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.
