Single-family house on one level with its garden that can accommodate 4-6 guests. Located 10 minutes from Angers city center and close to buses and shops. Easy access via the ring road. The Loire and the Loire circuit by bike are nearby. Baby equipment upon request. This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
