You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Katerina's Mini Suite is located in the center of Pomario and features air conditioning,2 sunny terraces overlooking the sea and a private Jacuzzi property 600m from Ammudeli beach and 1.5km from the beach of Agios Isidoros.This suite includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, an oven with hot plates & microwave and a flat screen TV. For added comfort, free towels and linens are provided. The Museum of Uzou is 1,4km away.

This villa, was the vaccation house of a local oil trader that has been completely refurbished in 2018. While maintaining its initial external design, has been internally redesigned to offer all possible confort and amenities to the guests. The villa, surounded by pine & olive trees, is located about 200 meters away from the east end of the famous Agios Isidoros beach.
