Monthly Rentals in Leucadia, Encinitas

We LOVED our 2-month stay! A beautiful 2.2 mile walking trail with views of the city, golf course, and ocean circle the neighborhood. It's located near interstate, and the scenic 101 Hwy, so you have access to Souther California's best beaches and surf breaks. It's also a quick drive into San Diego or up the coast to Los Angeles. And Encinitas is the just the most amazing town with amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches, with those beach village vibes. The flat is just as pictured. Roomy, breezy, well appointed, and splendidly decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet during the day or night. The couch is comfy, the bed is cozy, and you'll feel like you're in a tree house up in the trees. We will absolutely stay here again!

Really cute condo in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything! They had everything I needed and more. Host was very responsive and accommodating with my check in and check out times. Would highly recommend! :)

Loved the property - beautiful inside and out. Susan is great, the location is fantastic, and I can imagine staying for a lot longer (this was just a one-nighter).

We loved staying here! My partner and I really appreciate cleanliness and this place is spotless. It feels like being tucked away in the trees. It's also walking distance from the beach and a bunch of amazing restaurants. We stayed for ten weeks and were so sad to leave it. Collin and Lindsey are wonderful hosts and super communicative. We'll for sure be back next time we're in San Diego.
