Tram about a 10-minute walk. The A9 highway is about 5 minutes away. The industrial location Leuna is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

The guesthouse is situated in a quiet location in Leuna district Schladebach and is due to its minute distance to the A38 and A9 motorways alike. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Bad Dürrenberg, Lützen, Markranstädt, Halle, Merseburg, Leipzig, the city of Leuna and the Leuna works. 5 min to the A9 Bad Dürrenberg ramp 8 min to the A9 Günthersdorf ramp 10 min to the A38 Lützen ramp

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Vacation home in Kötzschau

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. Beautiful small apartment Leipzig - Bath/Wifi Free

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. We have a 100,000 Internet line where you can comfortably surf the Internet. Feel free to plan excursions. If you have any questions, I am always available.
