Family-friendly vacation rentals in Leusden

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place in an oasis of peace. We were with 4 friends in the beautiful stay of Aljanneke. An oasis of peace and nature and a beautiful house with all modern amenities and comfort. Aljanneke is a super host! Nice communication and full of good tips, someone who fully understands hospitality. We would definitely come back!

It was just nice and we didn't lack anything. The accommodation was cozily furnished and we felt right at home. The area invites you to stroll, but we didn't feel the need to leave the yard. On the terrace we were able to enjoy the good weather and the time has passed while watching the farm animals. A place to unwind and come down. The breakfast service and the groceries from the farm shop were great!

ACCOMMODATION as described in a peaceful place in the countryside of Amsterdam, the welcome of Sheniva top, beautiful environment, I recommend it.

Fabulous stay at Cottage Paulus What a great experience! The forest cottage "Paulus" is tastefully decorated and is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature. Exactly what we needed to completely recharge. We were there with our two dogs, and they too had the time of their lives. The spacious, fully fenced garden was perfect – safe and large enough for endless snooping and scrambling around. Fareen, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first contact, everything felt familiar and relaxed. She was quick to respond to questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, nature and an animal-friendly place with character. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful holiday in Moniek’s beautiful house. We were so comfortable and relaxed as Moniek provided everything we could need. There were lots of lovely, stylish extras in her house too that made our stay feel special. The neighbourhood is great; quiet, peaceful and full of beautiful views of boats, beaches parks, nature and water. Yet there is also loads to do with teenagers, being so close to Amsterdam, Ajax and Delft. Almere is the perfect place to explore by cycling. The week went so quickly. Moniek was very helpful in giving useful and detailed info and in answering questions quickly. I would 100% highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

Had a great weekend. Enjoyed the nice garden with various seats and of course the wellness. Cottage really has all the comforts and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful quiet area and a 20-30 minute drive from various nice cities. Joop and Thea are very friendly and are there for you immediately. In short, highly recommended!

Perfect location, unique way to stay in the city. Would highly recommend. Very different experience, of course, than a home or hotel but this makes travel more fun. Being right on the "skinny" bridge was a fantastic experience. Great for people watching or just quickly being right in the middle of everything.

Staying with Fred and Anita was a dream. The location is immersed in nature, with swans, ducks, ducklings and chickens to keep us company. They were super helpful, also providing us with the bike for a ride. Rich and great breakfast.

We felt very comfortable in this large, spacious and stylish apartment. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to retreat individually. The large table was great for our breakfast and we enjoyed our coffee on the small terrace. Peter and Wilma were very friendly and always answered our questions very promptly. I'm sure we'll be back:)

Very nice, communicative hostess. The surroundings were very nice to walk the dog. The cottage has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had nice conversations with Trienie and she gave us good tips for doing things. We will be happy to return.

This was the second time we stayed with Ciska in Otterlo. Last time it was winter, now we were there in spring, with lovely weather! It was nice to see and hear the birds, to be able to sit outside in the sun and get on the heath. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds sleep wonderfully and the house is cozy and cozy. In short, it was fantastic again!

Had a great stay. The house is beautiful with history which we found great. Esther was also very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Really a fantastic cottage to completely relax in nature. The big window is great. We were facing the sun that shines among the tall trees, the birds on the ground, and the woodpeckers and squirrels. In the afternoon after coming home from our day activity, we even saw a deer from on the property less than 20 meters away! Furthermore, also perfectly located to do fun things in the surrounding areas.

We had a great time. The location is beautifully located in the woods and you can walk from the estate into the woods with countless hiking trails. The cottage has all the comforts and has a nice bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. You are surrounded by greenery, especially in spring. The host is easily approachable. We'd love to come back here.

Margriete is a very kind and accommodating host! Surrounded by nature, the garden house with a huge backyard was very peaceful and cozy with nice personal touches. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment on a picturesque courtyard with a great garden. The apartment itself has a fireplace and is very cozy. There are toys for children indoors and outdoors and lots of animals around. There is a swimming pool nearby and beautiful cities, e.g. Elburg, are also close by. We will be happy to come back!

Rose's cottage is very cozy and the garden offers a lot of privacy. We felt right at home. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend with our daughter of 8 in the cozy park on which the cottage is located. Around the corner the heath and a beautiful sand drift nearby the cozy Nunspeet with the best Italian ice cream at "Di Verso" . We would love to come back to relax and explore the beautiful surroundings even further. Thank you Rose!!

Had a few wonderful, relaxing days in Gerda's chalet. Everything was available, nicely decorated. Also outside, it is wonderfully quiet in the garden. Otterlo within walking distance and lovely area for walking.

Magdalena's place is set in an enchanting setting. We stayed there several nights with our 7-year-old son. The space is big, we have plenty of space. Access to the bus to Amsterdam is simple: 15 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes by bus, very easy and very convenient! By car we were able to visit the surrounding fishing villages. We would recommend this listing.
