Great location by the Sea

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Really pleasant stay in Roberto's apartment who was very kind and helpful during our stay in Santa Margherita. Perfect location with sea view and a stone's throw from all the services of the city (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, cinemas, bus and ferry departures). The city is really a gem and a perfect base for visiting the magnificent surroundings such as Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli!! Highly recommended!

The house is located in a beautiful area and has everything to make a comfortable stay. Michela is very friendly and helpful and has great recommendations. Overall, greatvalue for money and a perfect location

Just before our arrival we had received a summary email for our arrival in the apartment. Clean and well-located accommodation for visiting the Cinque Terre. The second car park offered in Monterosso is really very nice. We were also able to visit the entire workshop which is just below the rental.

Matteo is very kind from the moment of booking a month before. We received the detailed info a couple of days before, with video instruction and photos. The apartment is on the street but it is completely new, in fact the fixtures perfectly isolate the noise of cars (which in any case become less and less in the evening). Excellent cleanliness and comfortable spaces. The village is nice, a 10’drive from Sestri Levante: convenient for a weekend away but maybe not ideal for walking or without your own means (we have not tried public transport). Parking in front of the house with white stripes — 3 seats — and if you are unlucky, there are others along the way within a couple of minutes by foot. Overall we were happy with the choice and had a good time 😊

The property is equipped with all the comforts even for a long stay, brand new and modern interiors. Very close to the waterfront and the ferry boarding to the Cinque Terre. The hosts were very kind in providing us with all the directions in a clear way and in preparing the apartment also for our 9-month-old daughter.

Maria Teresa was a perfect hostess. Not only did she make us feel at home in her beautiful court, providing us with everything we needed and much more, but she also told us the story of her wonderful family who lived in that house during many important moments in Italian history during World War II. She pampered us with her delicious cakes and made us travel with our memories in her territory and even overseas, with stories that we will carry in our hearts with so much affection. We hope to meet her again, because people like her are a real treasure!

We had some wonderful days at Piera and Lorenzo's place. Piera was always there for questions, a nice conversation or if there was no tomato passata on hand:) The apartment and the garden have a special charm..and when the pool opened in the middle of the week, the children were super happy. I'm sure we'll be back. Grazie Piera and Lorenzo!

Giovanni & Danielle's stone houses are simply fantastic! They are located on a hill in a really beautiful nature reserve in absolute tranquility. The view is amazing and the hiking trails that start right from home are one more beautiful than the other. The cottage is very nice and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. It is incredibly cozy and so lovingly renovated, it's a pleasure! And then there are Elena, Dario and their son Pietro who make the stay perfect with their friendly manner. Thank you! Greatest recommendation!

Very nice host and beautiful house

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

Spacious bedrooms, nice terrace. It's easy to park on the street. La Spezia Migliarina train station is a 20 minute walk (7 minutes by car and easy enough to park), you often have to change trains to reach the Cinque Terre station at central La Spezia station (in general,it's quite fast). The accommodation is close to a supermarket and bus stop. Giovanna is very welcoming, good advice and responsive. We had a little hot water problem on the 1st night,she came very quickly.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

Well located accommodation, 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Two real bedrooms with very good bedding, (cushions, blankets and towels in quantity for maximum comfort) The city center is very easy to reach on foot, a great market nearby. The welcome was very friendly. We recommend this place to stay.

A haven of peace and kindness in the heart of the Liguria mountains. A very nice place perfectly equipped and located to discover the hikes and nature in the area above Chiavari. Posed and efficient Michela was able to welcome us with kindness and kindness for a stay that was only too brief? A rare place to sincerely recommend

serena's place is impeccable. the city center of La spezia and the train station for the 5 lands is just 30 minutes walk. no need for a car, it is ideal. i'll be back.

Wonderful property! Quiet, luxurious everything is there! We're sorry we only took 2 nights. For sure, we'll be happy to come back. On the other hand, we advise you to do groceries before arriving at the accommodation or eating outside because in Ognio unfortunately the restaurant is closed. The Tana di Jack is a few miles from the accommodation.

We had a great time! Nonstate, we arrived very late for check-in. They welcomed us very well!

Lovely place! Slightly remote so taxis were very expensive (this was on us though for not checking). Other than that great stay!

We had a great time staying. Rapallo is perfect as low to visit the Cinque Terre and other beautiful villages like Portofino. It went very well with Mirabela, highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.
