Please note that the proximity to the garden may result in an insect occasionally entering the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance.
