Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Simulate

A place for meditation, a place where you can only hear the forest, the sound of birds, breathe fresh air, when it's beautiful you swing in a hammock between the trees, when it rains you can relax inside. You can book at least 2 consecutive nights. There is no shower in the Observatory, just a kettle and a basin with clean water to rinse, or you can use the pond by the sauna:-) Therefore, consider the length of your stay. You will walk 200 m through the forest to the Observatory, so a wheeled suitcase is not a good idea for luggage:-)

A small house in a beautiful garden, located only 5 km from České Budějovice. Ideal for couples and travelers who are heading to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Ideální chalupa pro rodinnou rekreaci na Šumavě s celoročním provozem.Dvě ložnice (2+2 a 2 lůžka),dva obývací pokoje (2lůžka v horním), dvě vybavené kuchyně,dvě koupelny, tři záchody. V přízemí infrasauna a vířivka (při dostatku vody za příplatek),soukromá finská sauna vzdálená 1km (příplatek). Absolutní klid. Vlastní rybník.Venkovní dětské hřiště (houpačka, skluzavka, pískoviště). Nově postavená krytá letní kuchyně k venkovnímu posezení (pergola) s krbem, pitnou vodou,el. vařičem a elektřinou.

Historic stone house/ U Kameniku

The stone house is over 150 years old and is furnished with historical furniture. It is located in a picturesque village with no car traffic, in the Blanský les Protected Landscape Area. The surrounding pristine nature invites peaceful walks. In our orchard, two horses graze, and in the herb garden, you can pick mint and lemon balm to brew tea. For breakfast, you can taste our homemade cheese, seasonal vegetables, and homemade bread from our neighbor. The apartment was renovated in July 2024.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

The house (GPS 48°50'15.683"N, 14°18'12.613"E) is located near a large forest , with walks on the mountain Kleť, with an observation tower and restaurant. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.
