The place was clean, quiet, cool, modern and well equipped, fully accommodating. We loved it🥰. Please observe quiet hours after twenty-two. You need to pay attention to the volume of the TV, and probably walking around the apartment, can be heard to the ground floor. A relaxed agreement with the owner, always responsive, helpful, and responsive.😊 The location is luxurious. A five-minute walk to the Upper Square, 15 minutes to the Exhibition Center... Everything you need within easy reach. Parking is free on the streets near the house, and despite the occupancy of the city, thanks to Flora Olomouc, we found a place close to the accommodation. We stayed at this place for a week and were super satisfied from start to finish. Lenka always responded to messages quickly and was able to solve problems quickly. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. We can only recommend it and would come back again and again.

We are two friendly couples with one small child each and spent a long weekend in Lenka's apartment. The stay was great. A breathtaking view, entrance to the apartment is RIGHT on the large central market square of Hradec Kralove. The car can either be parked in the marketplace or - as in our case, as the weekend took place over an event - in a large underground car park nearby. The kitchen had a lot of accessories and enough dishes for the six of us. The separate bedroom has a huge wardrobe – dear Lenka, if you plan to rent out the apartment for many more years, would it be worth it to install a second bathroom here? We may come back sometime. We really liked the small town. Thank you Lenka.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this wonderful house and I can't but recommend! The place is spacious, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, modern and fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet location, which gave us the utmost privacy and relaxation. The host was very welcoming, accommodating, and willing to provide any information or help. The garden and surroundings of the house are really beautiful. Overall great experience, we'd love to come back!

we a patchwork-family spent 3 nights. we had a fantastic time also because of the house of Tim. In spring we might have brought woolen socks because the floor was very cold, but using one of the 2 fireplaces was worth every minute after a long hike during the day. thx for it!

An interesting place to stay with a very nice view and cat. The ladder to the loft bed is a small challenge for the inexperienced.
