WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT OUR PLACE On the ground floor of the cottage, there's a large room - we call it the kitchen, but it's much more than just a kitchen! It's a place where you can all gather around a big table or relax on the couch with a book. Kids can explore what's hidden in the chest and drawers... we don't mind. In fact, we've prepared something for them in there. Where You'll Sleep You can lay down in one of the three rooms in the cottage. In the bedroom, in the little room, or in the larger room. The bedroom has a double bed, the little room has three single beds, and in the last room, there's a double bed and a fold-out single bed. We can accommodate up to 9 guests. The cottage comes with a large garden (1200 m2) where you can relax during the day, have lunch in the fresh air under the garden gazebo, light a fire in the evening, and end it all with a sauna! The pool is available for guests from June to September. The sauna is in the garden gazebo, which also features outdoor seating and an indoor relaxation area where you can lie down after the sauna. You can cool off either in the stream behind the sauna or in the bathroom. The cottage is heated by electric. However, you can also light the fireplace, which distributes heat to all the radiators. Firewood for the fireplace is outside in the woodshed, which is open for you!

On a 5,400-m² property, you will find a fenced garden with seating, a grill (during the summer season), a wood-fired outdoor hot tub, a beautiful fireplace, and a trampoline for children. Inside, you will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 half baths, a living room with a foosball table and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's table tennis in the garage. The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

A fully equipped apartment in a family house in a quiet part of the town of Jablonec nad Nisou, within driving distance of the Ještěd, Javorník, and Špičák ski resorts and on a direct public bus line to the Bedřichov cross-country skiing area. Within 150m of the accommodation there is a small grocery store 6-21h, restaurant/pub, public transport stop. There are 2 parking spaces in the garden reserved for the apartment. Kitchen equipment: washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave. The garden is shared.
