It is a beautiful property that is private and peaceful; great for families. Michaela was extremely responsive and provided thorough instructions from the beginning to end. The were certain amenities we could not use because of the season, but we did not miss them as this property has something for everyone. It was great to let the kids roam free in the safety of a fenced property and enjoy a fire at night while grilling your food. A well-stocked kitchen and myriad other amenities make this a great destination for groups and families who want to relax and enjoy.

Exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. The welcome from Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely pleasant and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. Krásná chalupa v Krkonoších. Delightful place to stay at a reasonable price. Lovely sense of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is fully equipped, and has everything that could be useful for a rest!

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

It was a really nice stay at Stepan's place. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house was great(apart from the freezing first night but once the house is heated up, it's perfect) Stepan was great but the best part was Gandalf the cat, he was so so so adorable. I think we will have to come back in the future, 3 nights were clearly not enough

Great place to relax in the middle of the small forest. You have everything you need for peaceful getaway. All the attractions are nearby , lake in a walkable distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We highly recommend the accommodation. The small ski slope is very close and is perfect for beginners. Behind the house, the children could toboggan or romp around due to the quiet location. In addition, the hostess is very accommodating and friendly. Clearly a recommendation!

Tomas's house and property is beautiful. Had a great vacation! The house is perfectly equipped, the sauna was wonderful, especially with the water sun to cool off, and the garden the kids loved. Particularly noteworthy is the very loving furnishings and a strainer coffee machine. 😍 Very nice hiking trails start right by the house. This place is highly recommended.

The cottage is very cozy, clean, well-appointed and has everything you need. We had the best time staying the extended weekend here. Beautiful outdoor area and the two stoves are also great. Radek as host was always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

The place is great. It's easy to heat up in the winter months. Suitable for traveling with my dog.

Great place, host response very prompt, very friendly and uncomplicated. A bedroom is located in the upper hallway. Unfortunately, this is not quite visible on the pictures. It didn't bother us any further, but others might be bothered if you don't know. Otherwise, I would be happy to come back Kind regards

A wonderful place to switch off and relax. I was able to paint and draw there. There is plenty to discover in the beautiful countryside. The village is incredibly beautiful. Quaint restaurant (also with good vegetarian food) and pubs are in the village. I met very nice, hospitable people. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks and all the best. Susanne

An absolute gem nestled in the heart of Vítkovice! Our group of friends had the most wonderful stay at this charming old mountain house. My friends and I spent a long weekend here and had a great time. We each had our own room, we really appreciate the large common room.

We spent an extended weekend with several families at Petr's place and enjoyed it a lot. It has everything you need and also enough space for many people (we were a total of 10 adults and 7 children and it fit perfectly). We enjoyed it very much and we definitely want to come back!

We had 8 wonderful days with the three of us in the house! It is super located for hikes in the forests, which are particularly beautiful in autumn. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and more. It is quiet but easily accessible, we also found the way right away. The decor is totally cozy, the furniture, the large wooden table in the kitchen and the tile floor create a beautiful atmosphere. The sun terrace and the small garden with barbecue bowl also offer the best opportunities for relaxation. Communication with the hosts was great, responses came promptly and always super helpful. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.
