The vacation home "L'essentiel" is located in the small authentic village of Resteigne, on the edge of Lesse, a few kilometers from Han-sur-Lesse and Rochefort, offering the possibility to discover the Famenne and the Ardennes. Lavacherie is located in the heart of the Ardennes, halfway between La Roche and Bastogne, a short walk from Saint-Hubert.

It is close to many tourist attractions: Han caves, Han animal park, Lesse Kayak descent, Rochefort town, Vêves, Lavaux Sainte-Anne, Freÿr castles, Dinant town... You will appreciate the cottage for the cozy atmosphere of the interior, the calm, the nature. In winter, you can enjoy a good wood fire and in summer you can enjoy a large private terrace with barbecue.
