Claudia and her husband are very hospitable and nice people. Always helpful, respond quickly to concerns. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained for Italian standards. Well equipped, all appliances work. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The only "but"... the apartment is located on a very lively street, cafes, bars and restaurants. In the evening it is noisy. And at 6 AM every day garbage containers are emptied, which is also very noisy. Anyone sleeping with public windows has to accept it. Otherwise, everything was very pleasing.

Amazing place and Claudia was very quick to respond. They went above and beyond when we left some of our belongings there to return to us. Would highly recommend and definitely we will stay again!

Marco's apartment is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Below the house there are many free parking lots, and with a walk of about 20 minutes you get to the center, through the beautiful Theodoric Park. Definitely recommend!

Rimini in general was beyond our expectations. Pretty friendly little town by the Adriatic Sea, it does not deny its historical character. Its historic district is worth a visit, as well as the neighboring principality of San Marino.

It is close to the beach, has a clean environment, and is a clean house. There is also a parking space. I would like to highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay here. The home was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect and right in the city centre. Communication with Lorenzo was easy and quick, and he never hesitated to help when needed!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Structure very close to the center, easily accessible by car . The host provided me with specific parking directions and responded promptly every time I contacted them. The house is clean, comfortable, equipped with every comfort. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for enjoying a good breakfast outdoors. a great experience, I recommend this solution to everyone.

Good place, location and price

Tiziana was an impeccable host, communication was very simple and always marked by great availability. The house is perfect, with everything you need and in a quiet and quiet spot, perfect for a family (especially the gated courtyard and the condominium lawn, my girls loved it). You can walk to the sea and pine forest in a couple of minutes. We will definitely be back!

we stayed in Paolo's apartment from Friday 2 to Sunday 4. Clean and tidy apartment, very central and convenient location to reach bars, restaurants and any service in a few minutes. Paola is always quick to reply to any requests. Great

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We stayed in 6 in Maria Antonietta's apartment, we were very comfortable, and above all we had a great time, Antonietta is very friendly, nice, friendly and kind, she treated us like friends always.. However... the accommodation is in a GREAT location, you can reach the historic center of Ravenna on foot in about 3 minutes, the apartment does not have a parking space but 5 meters away there is a huge parking lot where you can park in complete tranquility.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Incredibly great and modern apartment with 2 balconies, 2 TVs and a well-equipped and modern kitchen! It looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and is close to the beach. It was clean, the wifi always worked well and everything else was to our satisfaction. Also the check-in worked smoothly and independently through an electronic door lock with QR code (for example, we arrived late at night and it was no problem at all). Above all Marco is very friendly and incredibly helpful, was always there if we had any questions and recommended us good restaurants and excursions and even reserved for us and inquired. Gladly again and highly recommended!
