Strom 45 Cent pro kWh Holz 120 euro pro Festmeter Tourismuspauschale 2,30 /Tag/Person herrliches Quellwasser Betten sind auch historisch und daher auch nur cirka 190cm lang.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The Obergasteigalm is a cozy, lovingly maintained jewel at the end of the Winkeltal valley: Volkzein hiking paradise. Beautiful days for two, with the family or friends away from everyday stress without internet/phone. Cozy barbecue and chill evenings with fire bowl. If the cooking spoon is to rest, retreat to the cultivated Volkzeinerhütte. Warm shower and light available. In July, we cultivate our fields (are nearby). No fridge. [Not in winter]

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
