The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lien Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

The location also leaves nothing to be desired, with restaurants as well as the leisure center, natural swimming pond, climbing tower, soccer and tennis court as well as shooting range, within walking distance. In addition, the Heiligenblut am Großglockner ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes. After a long day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the infrared cabin.

Mrs. Emma will have the pleasure of welcoming you to this beautiful, totally renovated 19th-century Rustic, equipped with all amenities, accessible by car. On the ground floor, equipped with a large kitchen-living area, double bedroom with canopy bed plus a single bed, with the possibility of a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Holzherd in der Küche Kachelofen (Stube) Strompaneele (Schlafzimmer) Holz, Strom, Tourismuspauschale sind extra zu bezahlen. Strom 30 Cent pro kWh Holz 120 euro pro Festmeter Tourismuspauschale 2,30 /Tag/Person herrliches Quellwasser Betten sind auch historisch und daher auch nur cirka 190cm lang.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and parking is available. At Hoferhof Gsies, relaxation begins as soon as you arrive through the Gsieser Tal. The tranquility and good air as well as a variety of leisure, sports and excursion opportunities make your vacation on the farm something very special in every season. Pets are only allowed on request out of consideration for our next guests.

Kraßhof - Farm Stay in Eastern Tyrol 2

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
