We were able to recharge our batteries in Gerald's cozy apartment. The area was absolutely quiet and perfect for long walks with our dog. Communication with Gerald was extraordinarily good. He was committed to transparency at all times and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back!

We had a beautiful time at Sarah‘s place. We were there for a ski holiday and the jacuzzi and sauna were just perfect afterwards. I will definitely book again.

We had a brilliant time in the hut, including our malamute dog! Beautiful and quiet location, right next to the slops and hiking routes. Weather was challenging during our stay, but even on those days when we could not reach the hut by car, there is a well organized system in place for parking right at the bottom of the small hut village. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped. Alexander is a great host, responsive, helpful and attentive. Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Very nice and well equipped house for our big family. We traveled with our dogs and house is near a forest paths where you can walk with them. The ski resort is about 15 minutes away by car. Owner Phil provided us with a lot of information via messages while still giving us enough privacy.

We felt very comfortable. The cottage really has everything you need on vacation. The ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim is about 15 minutes away by car - perfect. Thank you very much.

We recently stayed at Barbara’s bnb and couldn’t have been happier about it. The space was as in the photos and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the living room window, truly stunning to look at. The area is peaceful and quiet and there are plenty of supermarket nearby. Communication with the host was flawless; Barbara was always clear, responsive, and punctual, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d recommend it for sure!

Christina was a fantastic host. Super nice and very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a fantastic area. Directly nearby their small creek with a little pond fantastic for children to play in the water within walking distance free time recreational park with a climbing tower with a naturals swimming pool, tennis court, football field and a restaurant. Also Christina’s horse stable. There are a few good hiking options starting from the doorstep – we recommend the Gartl Waterfall. And there are plenty of nice excursions with the car. The house itself is in the process of being renovated is in a fantastic conditions and with a clear night sky you can see as many stars as there are. Overall fantastic location for families with small children
