Messe-Gelände, Ku’damm & the castle of Charlottenburg are 10min by foot. All you need is close by, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee, Ice cream… A bike can be rented for 8€/day, what might be useful to visit Grunewald forest or if you want to use the good bike roads throughout the city. The quiet home has everything one needs to survive and more.

Walking distance to the fair, close to the Olympic Stadium, Waldbühne, Technical University (TU), Kurfürstendamm, Grunewald etc. The room is equipped for both short and long stays. There is a kettle, Nespresso machine, a small fridge, microwave and dishes. Muesli/cornflakes, milk and tea are also there for you. You have your own fine shower room. Restaurants and cafes and excellent transport links within walking distance to the fair and Ku'damm

It has a balcony to the sunny side where you can sit, relax with view to the Berlin Funkturm. It s just 10 minutes walking distance away from the fairground, busses, under- and overground trains are reachable in front of the house or just around the corner.

Charming room in Berlin-Charlottenburg w/ balcony

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with its golden light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.
