The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

There is a private entrance and there are parking facilities in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. During the summer season there is a bustling people and boating in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season

There you will find a bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its fine hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in Tovdalselva is also possible during the season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern town of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.
