Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court ++ which can be used by anyone. 15 min with car to Dyrparken.

Park your car and enjoy the fact that everything you need is available within a few minutes' walk. This is a child-friendly single-family home with a large sunny plot set in a central, well-established and attractive area just 800m from idyllic Lillesand city centre. The house is set back a little from the road and has a large sunny plot with a large terrace. In the garden, there is a large trampoline for the children.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

The chicken coop

Relax with your family at the chicken coop. Unique small cabin between Lillesand and Dyreparken with a total of 6-7 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted to a rental cabin, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but although the houses are close, it is felt both private and peaceful. It is possible to get a bath on a private jetty, about 90 meters to the sea. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden spot and porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

Rural apartment, only 20 minutes to the zoo!

Do you love animals and rural life? Going on vacation or business trip? Here you literally live with animals as the closest neighbor. Newly renovated basement is rented out with everything you need. Perfect for families with small children going to the zoo (20 min), or for those who just want to enjoy life in the countryside. Here, your shoulders slow down with birds chirping and hops. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, but it is also possible for children/youth to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

The apartment is on the first floor in an old cozy house in the center of Lillesand. The apartment is a good fit for both couples and families. There is a private entrance and there are parking facilities in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the city's local shops, restaurants , groceries and to Lillesand boat harbor. During the summer season there is a bustling people and boating in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season

Family-friendly apartment near the beach and small town life

The house is located close to the sea and it is only a five-minute walk to the finest beaches in Grimstad. Walking distance to the city centre (1.7 km). The university is behind the house. The area is quiet most of the year, but it is bustling with life and holiday guests here in the summer. 135 square meters, with lawn and planting outside. Little traffic and the Miljøgaten goes from the house to the bathing beaches and the city center. Safe for children.
