This is an idyllic skipper house where history sits in the walls. The house is surrounded by a large garden and beautiful cultural landscape. Many movie clips in "Kamilla and the thief" are recorded here. It is 1 km to bathing water, 1.3 km to the free area with rocks and a small beach, 2 km to the cafe on the water's edge, 9 minutes by car to Dyreparken and 10 minutes to Sørlandssenteret. The place is between Lillesand and Kristiansand. 2 sea kayaks are ready in the boat house. We live in the village and are more or less available if needed.

Here you will find a playground, tennis court, football field, sandy beach for your smallest children. Several communal barbecue areas and nice jetty with the possibility of borrowing a boat for an additional fee. The cabin is suitable for 2 families with 5 bedrooms. Only 15 minutes from the zoo.

Electric car fast chargers about 200 meters from the cabin. Please do not smoke and preferably not a dog.

Golf courses, Archipelago, beaches. Playground, football field, Padel tennis court, outdoor gym 5 minutes walk. Blindleia close by, and Kristiansand Zoo 15 min drive. Sørlandssenteret, climbing park, catch crabs, fishing, golf courses, hiking areas and space for both lazy and active days.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Short drive to Lillesand and to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. In the main cabin there are two bedrooms: -a bedroom with a double bed -a bedroom with a bunk bed (there is no cot) In the annex there is one bedroom with two separate beds. There is a kayak that can also be used if desired. It's a short walk to Langedalstjönna, where you can swim in fresh water and it's about 150 m to the beach by the sea.

Herfra er det kun få minutter til Blindleia og Brekkestø brygge. Ca 20 minutter til Dyreparken og 15 minutter til Lillesand.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.
