Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Balconies with wind protection, sun loungers and dining tables for our guests. You have the beach right below, quiet and peaceful. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.
