Guest house close to city center with AC, bed linens, cleaning

Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Accommodation by the sea

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Balconies with wind protection, sun loungers and dining tables for our guests. You have the beach right below, quiet and peaceful. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. There is also a lot of off-road bike trails. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Piteå city centre. Free parking space no. 2. 11 kW electric car charger at cost price

Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Rymligt och lugnt boende på en fridfullt plats vid havet med skog nära, 50 m till havet och 500 meter till barnvänliga och 5 Stjärniga Byske havsbad med vattenrutschkanor och restaurang. Nära Byske älv, en skogsälv med Sveriges bästa Laxfiske. På tomten finns Elbilsladdare. Byskeälven är en oreglerad norrländsk skogsälv med vild lax och vild öring. Även stor harr och du har mycket varierade fiskeställen som du kan prova. Barn under 17 år fiskar gratis, med fiskekort.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.

Hållgårdens Grandfather's Cottage

Välkommen till vår mysiga Farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, säga hej till våra två hästar och besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar. Välkomna!
