Asian Garden - The vacation home with Asian flair.

On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. The fireplace room is designed for four people and the terrace room for three people. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We're thrilled you're visiting!

Jagdvilla Landhaus Karbach

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.

Historic town hall with fireplace and balcony

Stay in the old town hall of Laurenburg in the English country house style on the Lahn. We invite you to stay, summer and winter - feel at home in our vacation home. The house offers a cozy bedroom with a small desk for home office days, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax in. Upstairs is the stylish studio as a living-dining room with a fireplace as well as the open kitchen with a gas stove and a balcony.

Alte Färberei Runkel (up to 30 guests)

The Alte Färberei in Runkel is a self-catering guest house. It is rented to only one group at a time. Up to 30 people can stay in the house, 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress dormitory (mattresses available). The Alte Färberei is perfectly suited for family and friend gatherings as well as for seminars and corporate events, with a minimum of two nights. Seminarhaus Heim is a lovingly designed retreat for groups of up to 10 people in Ellenz-Poltersdorf. Whether a spiritual retreat, team workshop or creative time-out - here you will find space for clarity, connection and new impulses. The house offers a large group room, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a sheltered garden. Ideal for conscious processes, silence, exchange and real arrival in the middle of the Moselle nature.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. This modern house is the place to recharge in all seasons. (No wild drinking parties, thank you)

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

Exclusive mill property

The dungeon mill, also called Altsteedener Mühle, is located in an absolute secluded location in the picturesque town of Runkel. The 500-year-old listed property was extensively restored in 2011. Although very centrally located, you can enjoy nature in absolute tranquility or actively hike through the Kerkerbachtal.
