In 10 minutes by bike you can reach Castricum by the sea with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have a private entrance with a small garden and a seat. Parking is available on your own property or parking across the street. Sleeping area is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Nice selfsupporting Studio-appartment "B&B Stroom' in old Orphanage and Nurse-house in centre of Uitgeest, 25 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Alkmaar and 20 km from Haarlem. The studio is in the front of the house. We live in the main house, but we will use the backdoor. Mooi en comfortabel studio appartement B&B Stroom in oud weeshuis en Zusterhuis in het centrum van Uitgeest. De studio is aan de voorkant vh huis. Wij wonen in de rest vh huis, maar zullen de achterdeur gebruiken.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.
