Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lincoln Beach

A+ host and location. Everything went extremely smoothly.

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

Since my wife passed in 2023 from Cancer, my Daughter and I have doing Holidays different. She found this House , read everything about it and told me this was where she wanted to stay for the night. Excellent choice as very clean very private and relaxing with an awesome view. We will be staying here again :) ( the only issue I had was the 30 minutes it took for me to figure out the Ninja coffee maker, but after I googled it, all was good) thanks so much for you beautiful hospitality and the use of your house.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as pictured, and was perfect for our group of 9 (ages 30 - 60). The views throughout the home are incredible, and we could not stop talking about how the kitchen had everything we needed. From an espresso machine, to a griddle, to actually having dishes/cutlery to accommodate the amount of guests the home sleeps. While we visited in February, and thus did not spend much time outside, there were no signs of going stir crazy from our group because there was space to be together and apart, and everything felt so open. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise, and added a wonderful warmth to the modern space. We would love to stay again!

Our family absolutely loved this space. The kitchen had everything we need to make meals. The fenced backyard was wonderful to let the kids play in and the big trees kept it feeling warm without the wind. My kids loved all the beach toys and the wagon was an extra bonus. Beds were comfortable and plenty warm for the cold mornings.

Perfect place to take the family, even the older teens loved the bunk sleeping area. Awesome kitchen and great room with room for everyone. Easy access to the beach on foot, or driving down onto the beach.

We have previously stayed in Jane's unit. The view and access to the beach are unbeatable. We love walking for coffee and delicious food in Nye Beach. It's also easy to make meals in the kitchen. This unit has no steps/stairs which makes for easy access. Jane is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

The view was amazing; the apartment was clean and was conveniently located to the world's smallest harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Our stay at this place was just what we needed. Took my daughter for her birthday and wanted to check out the aquarium and other things around. The rental was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned. The place was just as advertised and in a great area for food and such. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Dianna's place was perfect for the 2 of us. The view is fabulous! right on the ocean. We had gorgeous weather & didn't stop staring out the window & glass doors. It's got everything you need. Perfect for our weekend away. I'll be back.

Alison's condo could not have been more perfect for our short getaway. This little corner of the Oregon coast is breathtakingly beautiful. It is so secluded, yet just minutes from Lincoln City. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We will definitely visit again. Thank you, Alison!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

We had a wonderful stay at KC and Melanie’s. Their place was cute and clean. And the view is unreal! I do wish the bridge had been down so we could have walked straight from the property to the beach. But walking around wasn’t a big deal. Melanie and KC were very communicative prior to our stay and helpful with tips on beach walks, activities, restaurants, etc. I’d definitely stay here again.

View was amazing . The beach and ocean was right out the window and the balcony has about the best view you could find in Newport . Would 100% go again

Great location right next to the beach. Easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. The condo has a great view of the beach and sunset in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very very satisfied with this stay. Pictures were quite accurate, and the views were more amazing than anticipated - pictures can't quite capture that properly. Lots extra things that I did not expect including Kuerig Kcups, coffee filters, makeup remover wipes, and even emergency toothbrush (one of the guest needed one). Reserved parking spot is great, and finding another spot on the street was no problem. Really enjoyed dining at Zurita In Nye Beach, Local Ocean Seafoods, and Georgie's Grill.

Amazing view and sunset. Decorated so cute. Had everything we needed. loved the fact the beach was so close, I could sit on the comfort of the living room and watchbthe kids play in the sand. Definitely going to go back.
