Vacation rentals with a patio in Lincoln County

This is a great place to stay! It had plenty of space for us and was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. Krista was a great host, very responsive and had all of the answers we needed ready to go. She had plenty of great local recommendations, and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

We had an amazing time at Barbara's property! Everything was as described, the pool table was super fun, the beds were comfortable, the waterfront was great, the dog was so excited for her check-in treat and having the firestick TV was great for evening watching. Although we are from Maine and have been to the Boothbay area before, we fell in love with Edgecomb and Damariscotta. Thank you so you for a great stay!

Really a great place to stay in Boothbay Harbor. The penthouse room is excellent. The room is very clean, and the renovation is recent. Park your car in any of the appropriate spaces (no charge) and spend the rest of your visit walking to all the lovely sights and eateries. The host is professional and pleasant. The view from the penthouse is excellent. The rising sun in the morning fills the room with a wonderful welcoming glow. It was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying with Trudy and Michael! Very responsive to all my questions/requests. It was a unique experience in the treehouse that met all of our needs! We looked forward to the homemade muffins and fresh fruit every morning! Easy walk to the footbridge and all the attractions/restaurants/shops. Definitely recommend to those looking for a quiet place that is close to the harbor!

We absolutely loved staying at the Come Spring apartment! The place was clean, stocked with amenities and necessities, and optimally located. Ruthie was attentive and caring, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our stay!

Comfortable accommodations in a heavenly setting. Spacious. Walkable neighborhood. We stayed in cooler weather and used the gas fireplace for heat. No temperature control on this unit but it can heat the whole guest house.

Super cool space, artistically decorated, and comfortable for the two of us and our senior dog. The kitchen has a great layout for a small space, and was really fun to cook in. We hope to return soon!

We had such a magical stay here! We have been coming to Popham Beach for years, and Jennifer’s place was such a clean, comfortable, and cozy place. Easy access to the beach for walks and a wonderful place to snuggle up during the passing rain storms. We had a great time, and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Liz’s! The location was fantastic and Liz was very responsive. So easy to stroll to the nearby restaurants and downtown for a bagel in the morning. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a glass of wine sitting in the rocking chairs out front in the sun. Definitely would recommend and return in the future!

We felt right at home in this beautiful setting It was peaceful to be in a quiet, secluded home, yet we had only a short drive to stores, restaurants, and various attractions. The host was attentive in making us feel welcome and comfortable. The home was well-maintained and nicely decorated. You will love this home!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

We loved our stay!!! The home was even nicer than the photos, and the view was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the couch. The layout was great and very cozy, and everything was brand new and beautifully decorated. Southport was such a pretty area, and convenient for day trips to other towns along the coast. The home couldn't have been cleaner, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone!
