Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lincoln

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Stopped at this Air BnB with a group of friends and honestly I cannot sing the praises of this place and this host enough. location was nice and quiet and the house itself was clean, accommodating and well presented. All the bed rooms are a decent size and comfortable The extra touches that Fin placed in this property really made the experience special. Fin was an excellent and responsive host who is always polite and only too happy to help. Response time was brilliant and they were always forthcoming with information and answers Absolutely 5 star place and host. I cannot recommend highly enough. Would definitely stay here again

Very communicative and kind host who left us some goodies and milk for our arrival. The flat is in a good location in a quiet street.

Me, my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog have had an amazing experience staying at Sharon's Seaside Garden Apartment for 2 nights! The house was very cosy, clean and gave that 'holiday' feel particularly thanks to the nice and bright 'sun' room at the back overlooking the garden. We've brought disposable barbeques with us and enjoyed dinners outside! The house is fully equipped and has got everything you may need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs around. And the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Sharon was so kind to leave us a picnic blanket and humper and gave us some advice of where to go with a toddler and a dog. The boating lake behind the Leisure centre is only about 15 minutes walk. And you can enjoy toddlers paddling pool, playground and a sandpit there. Even though Sharon was on holiday, communication with her was always good and fast! Would definitely recommend Sharon's house to anyone!

Lovely house in a good location. Very clean with a great lounge, also comfortable and nice sized rooms. Jasmine was really helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

we had a lovely stay at The Den! Immaculate home, full of everything you could possibly need (especially the kitchen), the beds were very comfortable, the terrace area was perfect for a peaceful breakfast in the sunshine. We particularly enjoyed the visits from Adie's cats and dogs they were super friendly and gentle. Thre fridge was nicely stocked with essentials which was a lovely and handy surprised. Adie was very friendly and particularly accommodating for us when we had a personal situation, which took a huge weight off our shoulders - so thank you! Would absolutely recommend this stay!

We had an excellent four nights in the studio at Chris and Sonia’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described… in fact better. The upstairs spacious bed/sitting room was a particular delight…. Light, airy and very comfortable. It was easy to manage meals with the microwave and good local pubs. It is set in a beautiful garden ( which we could share with the owners) in a very peaceful village . Lots of lovely walks and bike trails from the door or a short drive away. Lincoln was a great place to visit as was the Market Rasen Race course……for a Park Run!!! The owners were very friendly and helpful but never intrusive. Spotlessly clean and generous breakfast provisions left for us. Really great stay.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Easy check in, the studio itself was stunning. We were very happy with out stay.

Lovely private annex - was just what we needed. WiFi was here and there but Rob was so quick to respond and helped us within 10 minutes of messaging. Comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely little living area. A short walk from where we needed to be. Would definitely stay again

Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

Super bolthole when staying in the Binbrook area. Ideal for us working local over the weekend. Would also be a great place to stay for people wanting to enjoy the Wolds and its walking routes

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area it allowed for rest and relaxation. My husband truly enjoyed our twilight spa experience! Being able to see the stars at night, while relaxing in the hot tub, and spend quality time with my spouse was amazing.

My partner and I booked Clare’s place for a quiet stopover after an evening at the Aquasana forest spa and it was perfect for us! Just 10 mins away from it! Self check-in was super handy as we got there a bit later in evening and it was very private and spacious and lovely place to chill out after our day. Lovely place and a great touch with some light breakfast and beverage options included! Amazing value and would recommend to anyone staying in the area!
