Monthly Rentals in Lincolnia

We were so impressed by the neighborhood. It was quiet and beautiful. People were out walking their dogs morning and evening. It is heaven to take you morning walk or run. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. And, it is so easy to get on and off the freeway! You are less than 20 minutes from the National Mall even in congested traffic. The home was very comfortable with so many kitchen amenities. We usually cook all our meals so the complete kitchen was so helpful. There were extra spices, salt and pepper. There were cute snacks and complete coffee bar. It was impressive. The stairs going down could be a challenge for someone who has limited physical abilities. It is a basement apartment so it can be chilly. We loved it but you might consider bringing a sweater to wear indoors. They do have a electric heaters in each room so sleeping is comfortable. Also, you do hear the tenant upstairs. It wasn't bothersome but something to be aware of.

This apartment is very nice and cozy! Close to everything really. Amazing location!

Jordan was a great host, she communicated well and was quick to respond for any question we had. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Check-in was super simple and stress-free. The apartment felt homey and was spacious. The area felt safe and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the MGM for a show we were in town for and about 15 into DC for the museums. Would stay here again.
