Monthly Rentals in Linkou District

The place is good for two people although there's only one bedroom. Can't complain much considering its price. The place is quiet as it's high on the 10th floor, but people upstairs sometimes produced considerable amount of noises after midnight to interfere our sleep.

A very pleasant, comfortable and safe stay

We were late for check-in. Mr 鼎奕 has to work OT waited for us to get to his place from Chiayi. I really thank him very much. He then checked us in, showed us the house facilities and amenities and told us important information of his place. This house is spacious. It's is clean, cozy and comfortable. it's a liveable house. This house situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area whereby you see people jogging and walking their dogs in the evening. Mitsui Outlet Park is 5-minute walking distance opposite our house. The MRT Linkou station is also within walking distance. Taoyuan International Airport is 25 minutes car ride from here.

One of the nicest locations I’ve stayed at. The building itself is part of a small mall, great for little knick-knacks. It’s attached to the MRT - super convenient, with Touyen airport just a couple of stops away. Within a few minutes you can be at Mitsui outlet mall, which is great. I’m an avid tennis enthusiast, H tennis is a 10 minute walk. The building is very well built to high standards. Cy is an extremely responsive and proactive host who’s thought of everything you might need for your trip. The security and staff downstairs are very friendly and helped number of times to have my online shopping sorted out. Will definitely look to coming back here. About the only suggestion I might have is perhaps to have a couple of table fans for the warmer months.
