Great little apartment in the heart of Amana. it is definitely walkable everywhere in warm weather; cold weather as well, just bundle up.

The Hawks nest was perfect for the Hawkeye homecoming weekend! Very clean and amazing host! Location is perfect and she gave clear instructions! Definitely will be coming back next year! Overall amazing experience! Highly recommended!

The Urban Oasis was truly an “oasis” — quiet, private, cozy, well-stocked — during a difficult time. Kristen messaged throughout the stay to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for a short stay or an extended vacation. About a 12-minute drive to the hospital which is also helpful if you need to be close.

This place is perfect for a quiet weekend trip! The house was fully stocked with amenities and was very clean! The neighborhood is safe and peaceful! Flexible and easy checking! Very cozy!

our stay was only 2 nights so not much time to explore. the house is unique and the acreage attracted quite a few deer that was fun to watch. the kitchen was fully equipped and appreciated the ice in the freezer. the master bath had a warming bath towel rack which was a pleasant surprise. all the beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. we really appreciated the mud/laundry room with our coming and going for coats/ shoes. pets are allowed but is an extra fee. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a large group, plenty of space to be all together or have some separate quiet time.

Very nice home and acreage, peaceful and private location. Home has historic charm with modern updates. Location minutes to downtown, stores and restaurants. Home is a true gem for C.R. IA. Cute house very central in Cedar Rapids. we came for a volleyball tournament and it was about 5 mins from everything including Alliant Energy powerhouse. Super nice bathroom, beds and linens were very modern and comfortable. Plush towels. Very responsive and communicative host. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at Chandler's place and I loved it again. I previously really enjoyed it in the summer, but the winter stay was still great. The sunroom area is a little drafty as it is over the garage but a new fireplace with remote warmed it up. The rest of the place was cozy and the decor is truly amazing. It was a great retreat for me while visiting nearby family. A nice game of pool and curling up to read in the multiple sitting areas was a great way to spend some downtime. I love being near downtown, but I had to make multiple back and forth trips across town and to the hospitals and the quick access to the interstate was helpful. I was glad for a lack of snow with the steep street, but they did make sure to add salt to the driveway when it needed it. Chandler was again a very responsive and thoughtful host. I reported a couple of minor issues to her and she was quickly on top of them. I would love to stay again when I'm in town!

Aaron was a great host, and was responsive when I had a few questions. And as for the accommodation itself - a beautiful and modern one bedroom condo. Amazing kitchen for cooking, and great seating space for eating. My wife and I both work from home, and the space allowed us to do so with no issues. Great restaurants right on the block, along with an option for a regular (adult) bar as well as a wine bar across the street. Pizza, burgers, falafel all within a 3 minute walk - with the rest of the food options at the ped mall just a 8ish minute walk away. Highly recommend this space for your next visit to Iowa City.

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

Nice clean place not too far from Iowa city.

We stopped in Iowa to see a Ghost Game at the Field of Dreams on our road trip. The baseball themed condo was fun and made the visit that much more special! Very easy to get into the condo and it was very clean and comfortable upon arrival. Ryan was quick with a response with any questions we had. There are so many great little place in walking distance from the condo and the Field of Dreams movie set is a quick drive from there. We fell in love with the town of Dyersville and would definitely stay at one of Ryan’s places again!

Easy check in and out. Plenty of blankets and dishes and everyday items. Even had a hair dryer and a sewing repair kit.

This was a last-minute booking and I’m so glad we chose this place. There were four of us and we all slept like babies and felt very safe. Everything was clean and super easy checking in and out.
