Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Ap. in DG (not whole house) with private shower and kitchen

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible at an additional charge.

Ground-level apartment with separate entrance

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
