Sliding distance to children's slopes, ski school and the entire slope system. Fantastic cross-country skiing with three track centers that are connected by connecting tracks. Fantastic, scenic hiking trails directly outside the house.

Short walk, then you slide down on the skis to the Skalspasset/Väst Express lift, to the evening on the skis all the way to the cabin. Free access to a large wood-fired sauna, grill & fireplace. Two streets from the cabin you have starting point for cross country tracks (lit). Nice fishing opportunities all year round.

Beautiful and idyllic location in the forest glade where you can hear Ljusnan rapids further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.

This house is fun for the whole family. A spacious house in the Swedish style. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2023. The sauna can of course also be used. Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!
