No reservations will be granted for parties with friends. The cleaning is done by you. The villa is returned in the same condition as at the start.

We offer you here to rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. Included: a large space to store bikes and surfboards on your way back from the beach. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away, as is access to all "amenities".
