Convenient and well arranged apartment for a family with two children. all the comforts you need, and sun morning and evening. Clean apartment. The main advantage is the proximity to the beach and shops. The lake and its beaches are five minutes away by bike, and the city center not far away either without a car. The car can stay in the private parking space. Léa is responsive and accommodating, we felt comfortable for this rental. I recommend it without hesitating and will take back this place if I return to the area.

What a wonderful stay! The location is really top – start the day with a coffee on the beach and end it with a glass of wine or a beer while watching the surfers and the sunset… what else do you want? The cottage was clean, comfortable and completely complete. Guillaume is a great host: friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

Marie was very welcoming and accommodating whether for check-in or checkout. We traveled with our 11-month-old baby and the apartment had everything we needed. Marie had left sheets, towels, tea towels, dish soap, shower mat, soap, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and washing machine… full of details that were very nice during the stay. The communication went very well and Marie was always very responsive to our questions. Thanks again!

Very comfortable accommodation, very well located in the center of Dax. Matthieu and Tiphaine were flexible for arrival and departure.

This was not our first stay in this apartment, that's why we wanted to go back to this beautiful apartment in a good location with a very nice view of the ocean. We immediately found our marks. The service was of good quality. Restaurants and bars are nearby, you can park in the residence, access to Hossegor center, Capbreton is very quick. The elevator is nice to go up to the fifth floor.

My mother and I enjoyed the 6 days at the place. The contact with Walter was great, he always had an open ear. Since we were there in the off-season, we had a very quiet stay. I can recommend the apartment for a family with two small children in the summer😊

Very pleasant and well-appointed apartment! Everything you need is available, you immediately feel good there. A large terrace allows you to dine outdoors when the weather is nice. A large parking space connected to the apartment floor by an elevator ensures ease of unloading suitcases or groceries. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great holiday at Magalie and Patrice's apartment. It is very well equipped (games for children in particular), clean and ideally located between beach and shops. Patrice and Magalie were very friendly and responsive to my questions and present when we arrived which is appreciated. i highly recommend this place

Great stay in Moliets! The accommodation is less than 10min walk to the beach, shops, bike rentals, golf, surf schools, restaurants. Great for an eco-friendly vacation! The residence is very pleasant with ping pong, outdoor and indoor pisicine, in a quiet area. The apartment is very nice too. Perfect for a family of 4!

Small, simple and efficient apartment in a vacation cottage. Functional apartment. Big disappointment on the indoor pool which is hardly heated, so be careful if you go there out of season. Marion is extremely nice and very responsive to our requests, questions or anything else. We'll be back... but in summer!!
