Great place to be in Litochoro

Christo’s was a wonderful host with fast communication. Easy checkin with a keybox. The apartment is simple but very comfortable with a side view of the water. It’s so nice listening to the ocean while you sleep. I’ll be back for sure.

The flat itself is clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the garden space was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent—super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this flat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind by the sea. I highly recommend it and would love to return in the future!

I had a short, but very nice stay at the apartment. Wonderful location so close to the ocean and the mountains. Lampros and Kanella are very kind people. I immediately felt very welcome, and they also gave me a lot of information about the area and about what possible things to explore and visit. Great hosts. Everything perfect!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Jürgen's place! Jürgen was an excellent host—he communicated promptly and was always available to answer any questions we had, which made the stay smooth and worry-free. The location was ideal, and the balconies were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the stunning views. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. Nice house, fully equipped, exactly as it is described. Easy to find. Fani shows a worm welcome and quick tour in the house. During our stay we did not have to contact her – just everything was OK. The house is very close to the perfect sandy beach with shallow waters. During our stay the beach was almost empty. At walking distance there are shops, grill, 2 taverns, pizza and beach bar with excellent service. Just perfect vacation. Thank you Akis House.

Stefanos's home is a beautiful and magical getaway. Very warm and homely. The house as described and matched the photos. We look forward to coming back. A point to note- the streets are very narrow and if a car is parked in them the access to the apartment is very difficult but possible. At the end of the (short) street there is a much more convenient and accessible parking. For those who don't want to get involved with narrow passages. Recommend to those who come to Lituru to stay at Stefanos's.

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

One of the best places we have ever been, even better than the pictures. The location is amazing, direcly at the sea, with beuatiful sunrises. The mount Olympos is just a few kilometers away, full of natural beuaties and deeply spiritual places. The house is spacious, everybody had a separated place, everything we needed was there for us. Petroula is really a super-host, kind and helpful. All our questions and requests were quickly answered by her. Special thanks for the welcome wine and sweets:) We will come back for sure.

We were a family with 3 generations in the Cozy Family House and loved it. Our 3-year-old granddaughter and our family dog Leo felt comfortable on the property and in the house from the start. Although our arrival time was extremely late, our hosts warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a filled fridge and freshly cooked traditional food. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of. The "wild" beach is a 5-minute walk. This beach section is little used, it goes flat into the water and is good for children. Unfortunately, it is not maintained, so there is garbage lying around. A little further on you will find a beach section with beach bars, there are sun loungers and parasols, the use is mostly free if drinks are ordered. What an incredible place! A real gem, especially for families! The location is fantastic as the porch is right in front of the beach and the house is equipped with everything you might need. Alice & Vuc were lovely hosts, super fast to respond and ready to accommodate our needs. Can't wait for our next stay!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Our stay at Joan's House, we loved it. The house was bright and upon our arrival in the space, the air conditioners were working, so we didn't feel the humidity at all, due to the season , as we visited the accommodation at the end of October. The house inside was very functional and fully equipped so we really felt like we were in our home. The area was central, but there was no noise, with the park across the street filling you with beautiful autumn colors. I recommend this home for the Fall, I think you will enjoy it much more, at least we enjoyed it and relaxed a lot. Finally, Mrs. Ioanna was very guiding on how to find the house with accurate instructions. And George was always so direct in his answers and very - very kind. We hope they continue to have such beautiful and creative ideas, both for Joan's House and for lost in paradise in Katerini. Au revoir Niki-Lefteris

Were very nicely welcomed by the father-in-law in German upon arrival. This showed us around the apartment and was always responsive to questions. The apartment is nice and everything you needed was there. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.
