From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

You won't find a better view of the Chapel of St. Wenceslas than from the window of our house. From the cottage you can go not only to Milešovka, but walk the inspirin Path of Friendship. The sun rises in the bedroom, all day it revolves around the house and Milešovka and you can watch the sunset from a large family table during dinner.

The countryside summer apartment offers a peaceful village atmosphere. With the crowing of roosters, the barking of dogs and the sound of a circular saw. We have a swing on a tree, a sandpit by the barn, behind the barn the river Ohře suitable for swimming and right next to the water there is a volleyball court for free use. Our guests have a spacious courtyard with seating. And at night you can watch millions of stars overhead like nowhere. Everyone will love this place!

Unique home with a garden and modern amenities

Beautiful, fully equipped 3kk house with private garden. The house is designed. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), including a hood, a double bed, and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom and living room have access to a garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The cottage is located on the shore of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 min by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine and cross forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as expected, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
