Woodhaven

Woodhaven is located on Pegasus Farm. This is a rustic country setting, clean, with lots of charm. Fully equipped kitchen, a loft a with double bed, a double bed downstairs, electric heater and a wood heat stove. This beautiful structure is loaded with exotic redwood, a maple floor and stone accents. Built and furnished with recycled and reclaimed materials. The owners live in the beige farm house, there are two small cabins in the garden that we rent nightly, and there is a communal fire ring .

Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Step out of the crazy, busy world onto a forty acre permaculture farm. Relax in Two small cabins with cozy cotton sheets, down comforter queen bed, heater with a wood burning shepherds stove. Off grid Power and high speed internet. Next to the cabin a separate building with kitchen and shower. BBQ and fire pit . Bring your own wood for the fire pit. Outdoor bathroom. Small frig . I allow dogs in this space, their own bedding required. Trails to creek, stars in a dark sky.

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.
