Vacation rentals with a patio in Little River

A really nice stay in Cloverdale! It's located on the corner of the main road, but the traffic noise was barely noticeable. Great communication all throughout the stay. Since it's a newer AirBnB, I gave a couple of suggestions to help make it even better for next time... and I would definitely stay here again!

Kerry was a tremendous host. Very quick to respond back with questions / concerns. The rental was immaculate!! Smelled clean and was just exceptional inside. The pictures shown don’t do it justice for how wonderful of a rental this was to stay. Kerry was exactly what you want a host to be. Instructions were easy to follow and the location was easy to find. This is a fantastic location. Deer right outside the beautiful deck. The sound of the ocean with views that a just astonishing. The couches were cozy with plenty of pillows . A beautiful great well working gas fire place that kept you warm on a very cool night. Amenities were all there - a gorgeous walk in shower and great bathroom with high quality soaps and a hair dryer along with big fluffy towels. Coffee and creamer with a fridge set up buffet table with all utensils needed. Super quiet - well lite space with high ceilings. This is a bookmark rental that I will be using again and again. Just perfect in every way.

Used Deborah's place as a quick overnight. Definitely a place we would return to, very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in, easy location. Beautiful, quiet surroundings. Also, love the check-out instructions! Hosts do not require anything from the guest for check out, which felt like such a rare treat.

Kerry was wonderful! Very gracious and responsive. The air bnb is even better than the photos! It’s very cozy and comfortable and the garden is adorable. Even though weather was less than ideal the few days we were there, the location more than made up for it. Very easy check in process. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Super cute place. Easy to check into. Loved the cute living space felt just like home. We would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive! Restaurants were super close. Cute little down town you could walk to. Very clean.

This location is amazing plenty of privacy while still being near the town. The house it self was very clean and had a huge yard. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here

The home is very nice for 2 people. We slept in the downstairs bedroom. The house was clean. The TV was an updated Smasung and worked well. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. If you are looking to get away and relax, this is a good place to go. No noise, no traffic, no problems. And Mendocino is a 5 minute drive away. I have one suggestion for Beth - put a better motion detector light in the driveway. When we arrived the first time it was difficult to see in the dark. The motion light you have looks like it is solar powered and it did not come on when we arrived. Thanks for a grate updated Victorian style home - all was very nice and clean. Very comfortable 4 day get away for me and my wife....

Thank you Kyle and Jenny! We loved staying at your beautiful home. It was cozy and just right for our family. Kyle was incredibly fast at responding and helped us book his house in a pinch and it was the perfect spot for us. I so appreciate the attention to detail in the decor around the house you could tell they put a lot of thought into the entire feel of the home and it showed! My toddler felt at home, the beds were comfortable, great kitchen space and a wonderful spot for a family getaway. Thanks again, hope to be back.

Spectacular sunsets from this house. The rooftop deck was especially stunning. Great neighborhood for walking. My dog was very intrigued by all the deer! Loved the private beach too. Great location for exploring the coast in either direction. Jess was a great host.

Such a wonderful and calming after holiday adventure to the coast. This house was so cozy and located in such a great location. We hiked in the redwoods, went to Navarro river mouth beach , did the Mendocino light up botanical garden festival and made some wonderful meals at the house. The beds were very comfortable and clear instructions made all the travelling smooth. Thank you

Kira's place was absolutely magical! Kira was incredibly flexible and understanding of our need to change the dates. We met her briefly when we arrived and she immediately charmed our 6 year old and showed her where the toys and books were. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and had already started a cozy fire that warmed the entire house. The house (built by her parents) is nestled into the forest, very cozy with high ceilings, lots of big windows looking out onto forrest. Its quite spacious and even better than the photos. The house feels private, but is close to wineries and only 15 mins from Boonville. Kira had great recommendations. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the peace of her home with our one month old baby and 6 yr old. We took a bath in the charming outside clawfoot tub with hot water and a view of a large redwood, hiked for an hour up the road and explored the surrounding forrest. I couldnt more highly recommend Kira's place, we definitely hope to get back.

Amazing, well designed and furnished house with beautiful surroundings in the heart of the forest, minutes away from the coast. friendly hosts, great indoor and outdoor amenities. Feels cozy and peaceful.

We had an amazing few days at Kelly’s home. We were looking to spend quality time with our family in a quiet, cozy home with a beautiful home overlooking the ocean with a big tub. And this place delivered. We loved listening to the waves from the hot tub and then drying off with a fire crackling in the fireplace. What also sets this place apart is the kitchen. Kelly went above and beyond in terms of appliances, equipment, and spices that made it so easy for us to cook some great meals without lacking the necessary stuff. Kelly really thinks about her visitors! It was easy to get to Mendocino, to Alexander Valley, to the beach, to the grocery store, and local trails. We would absolutely stay here again!
